Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambulatory Nurse Practice Specialist to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the care of patients in our ambulatory settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the care of patients in our ambulatory settings.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement patient-centered care models.
  • Conduct quality improvement initiatives to identify and address gaps in care.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies.
  • Participate in research and quality improvement projects to advance the field of ambulatory care nursing.
Requirements
  • Professional Nursing Certification required (CCRN, CEN, OCN, etc.).
  • Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and three years of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse with at least two years of recent experience in the area of concentration.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
