Job Title: Nurse Specialist in Cardiovascular Surgery

About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist in Cardiovascular Surgery to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional medical services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
* Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
* Current Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
* National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
* At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinic setting, or equivalent experience in acute care with completion of a residency program, or experience as a nursing technician.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.

* The estimated salary for this position is $54,384 - $86,356 per year, based on the location and market conditions.
