About the Role

Mission Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures on patients, utilizing sterile techniques and assisting physicians as necessary.
  • Utilize advanced ultrasound technology to produce high-quality imaging studies, working independently to meet departmental standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry developments and advancements.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
  • ARDMS or ARRT Registry in Ultrasound at time of hire. Vascular Ultrasound Registry from either ARDMS, ARRT or CCI required upon hire.
  • BCLS certified.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare related profession.
  • Preferred License: ARDMS in multiple specialties.
  • Preferred Experience: 12 months previous experience in ultrasound.
