Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as our Victims of Crime Program Manager. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, management, and coordination skills to oversee the delivery of quality and effective interim and post-victim assistance and services to victims of personal crimes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual operational plans and budgets to ensure the effective management of program resources.
  • Coordinate with tribal, federal, and state agencies to provide comprehensive services to victims of personal crimes and their families.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and staff development to ensure the success of the program.
  • Advocate for victims and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected.
  • Prepare and submit grant proposals to secure funding for the program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in direct services with people in crisis, including supervisory and administrative management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of tribal laws and regulations.
  • Ability to make objective decisions and maintain confidentiality.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and insurance.
