Business Development Specialist Role

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, making sales calls, and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team.

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to work independently, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Find new business opportunities for City Wide's services.
  • Making B2B outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
  • Scheduling appointments for our outside sales team.
  • Updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Preparing reports for management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or college degree preferred but not necessary.
  • 1-2 years of B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems preferred.
