Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Home Sales Specialist to join our team at Tri Pointe Homes Colorado. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new homes through optimizing sales and customer experience in assigned communities. You will work closely with our management team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Utilize all available sales and marketing resources to achieve sales and closing goals for assigned communities.
- Traffic Driving: Participate in traffic driving efforts, including follow-up phone calls, public events, and broker coordination.
- Customer Engagement: Meet and greet prospective customers, collect registration materials, and conduct home tours to familiarize them with community layouts.
- Sales Presentations: Engage in our defined selling process during product tours, deliver effective sales presentations, and close deals by asking multiple closing-related questions.
- Community Expertise: Sell the benefits of the community, company reputation, and product quality, while understanding the power of our brand and unique customer value proposition.
- Closing and Follow-up: Explain benefits of energy efficiency and other green features, discuss the home buying process, and ensure successful closing of sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to ensure seamless processes from model homes to sale delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Real Estate License: Required by state law, if applicable.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required; new home sales experience preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge: Sales programs, policies, procedures, homebuilding industry knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $24,200-$52,300 per year, depending on experience and skillset.
- Commission and Bonus: Eligible for commission payments and quarterly customer satisfaction cash bonus.
