Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple digital projects concurrently, including site builds and launches, landing pages, email campaigns, and ongoing digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business objectives and translate them into project plans.
  • Define and plan the scope of digital projects, create project plans, prepare budgets, allocate resources, and manage time and cost through project completion.
  • Partner with multiple teams across the company to prioritize projects by understanding scope, requirements, level of effort, and state of our pipeline, and clarifying trade-offs when changes are made to that plan.
  • Implement software development team tools to maximize efficiency, productivity, and mitigate risks.
  • Forecast resources needed to achieve goals and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Manage communication of active work, backlog, priorities, and risks to developers and other stakeholders.
  • Liaison with clients and account team members for technical project requests.
  • Address and resolve issues that may arise during the project development process.
  • Measure project performance and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track the execution of projects against your plan. Manage project documentation and report on project status, backlog, and resources.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring that quality standards are met.
  • Support other areas needed to keep projects moving forward.
  • Work cross-collaboratively to define goals for the next quarter.
  • Document, refine, and improve current processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, digital marketing, or relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a technical project or program manager, preferably in a digital agency environment.
  • Implemented project management and development team productivity and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic work environment and effortlessly own and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and quantitative skills with the ability to understand challenges and risks in order to provide timely recommendations and drive decisions.
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the most important initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to be able to influentially drive alignment among stakeholders while ensuring execution accountability across teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of UE software.
  • Familiar with content management systems and HTML/CSS.
  • Understanding of SEO.
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
  • Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM).
