Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to load, unload, and transfer materials without causing damage.
  • Receive and stock items according to established procedures in designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts as necessary.
  • Complete Will Calls and ensure timely and precise documentation of transactions.
  • Adhere to safety protocols by wearing proper PPE and uniforms at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and equipment, performing pre and post-shift inspections.
  • Assist customers and customer service representatives as required.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and company policies diligently.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Nature of the Role:

  • Requires a solid understanding of job functions typically gained through relevant education.
  • Work is closely monitored, with limited discretion to deviate from established processes.
  • Encounters straightforward problems that do not require complex solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience Requirements:

  • Preferred: Over one year of industrial forklift experience.
  • Preferred: Over one year of experience in a warehouse setting.

Educational Background:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be capable of fulfilling essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
