Primary Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Marketing Officer, this role is essential in managing and executing bank promotional initiatives. The position emphasizes the importance of delivering clear, accurate, and honest advertising that aligns with established brand standards.

This role also contributes to the development of graphic design materials and written content that fulfills the organizational requirements of the bank, both at the corporate and local levels.

Key Functions and Performance Areas
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for both internal and external communications that reflects the brand's tone and adheres to guidelines.
  • Review and update marketing materials to ensure clarity and relevance.
  • Demonstrate a passion for content creation while meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate advertising initiatives, ensuring adherence to budgets and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Design and edit print and digital materials while complying with brand standards.
  • Develop concepts, conduct interviews with subject matter experts, and manage publication layouts.
  • Oversee social media content creation and management, including the content calendar.
  • Translate creative briefs into effective copy concepts.
  • Proofread materials for grammatical and stylistic accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and management.
Qualifications

The following specifications serve as general guidelines based on the minimum education and experience typically required for this position:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services.
  • Education: Associate degree in marketing, business, or related fields; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year in banking or public relations, or five years in marketing; at least two years as a copywriter; and two years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO, lead generation, and technology-driven strategies.
  • Experience with social media and various advertising channels is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous.
