We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Extra Space Storage. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more sites, including customer service, sales, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives and sales staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and sales, to promote our facilities and services.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer-facing employment experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required, a college education is a plus.
