We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Inspector to join our team at Arcxis. As a Field Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the energy efficiency and quality of new homes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct energy testing on new homes, including blower door tests, duct leakage tests, and other diagnostic tests to measure energy efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform site inspections to ensure that construction meets building codes and energy efficiency standards.
- Work closely with builders, contractors, and other stakeholders to communicate findings and provide recommendations for improving energy efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all testing and inspection activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Excellent compensation package, including a starting salary range of $50,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and voluntary overtime worked.
