Raycap, Inc., a leading manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting components, sub-assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Conduct comprehensive product inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with Quality Management to implement quality standards and procedures
  • Review documentation for compliance with quality standards
  • Inspect incoming components, raw materials, and in-process assemblies to ensure quality
  • Conduct subassembly tests to ensure quality products
  • Audit and monitor quality requirements to ensure compliance with company policies and customer specifications
  • Document and report inspection findings and results
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in quality and manufacturing in an ISO certified environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, Access, Outlook, and Adobe programs
  • Experience with Document Control software
  • Familiarity with SAP, ISO-9001, and quality systems such as DFx and FMEA
Physical Demands
  • The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and use hands to operate basic tools and keyboards
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
