Job Summary

The Supervisor of Radiology Services provides leadership and supervision to the radiology department, ensuring safety and quality care to patients and staff. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and manage budgets to meet departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to radiology technologists and other department staff
  • Develop and manage budgets to meet departmental goals
  • Ensure safe staffing levels and oversee training and competency programs
  • Monitor departmental indicators and participate in quality improvement activities
  • Perform radiology technologist duties as needed
Requirements
  • Associates degree in radiologic technology or related field
  • Graduate of an AMA-accredited program in radiologic technology
  • Specialized training in any modality required
  • Supervisory experience in medical imaging functions
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
