Job Description

Part Time: 20 hours a week

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Experience Specialist to join our team at CICOA. As a key member of our ADRC department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to individuals and families in need of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide switchboard coverage and serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls to the ADRC.
  • Assist Options Counselors and ADRC staff with follow-up requests, waitlist requests, and other duties as assigned.
  • Enhance the quality of waiver applications and transitions into Waiver services.
  • Work directly with individuals, families, and providers to create an exceptional experience for those served by CICOA.
  • Perform office assistant duties, including filing, faxing, emailing, mailings, and ordering supplies.
  • Document necessary information in VisionLink and CaMSS accurately and timely.
  • Serve as a client's advocate and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
