Senior Partner Manager, Video

At Adobe, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Manager to join our Digital Video and Audio Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing strategic relationships with leading technology partners to drive usage growth and help manage the partner ecosystem for our Digital Video and Audio business unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and execute a comprehensive partner ecosystem strategy for After Effects and emerging products within the Video Ecosystem.
- Develop a product-partnership strategy by working with product teams to influence the roadmap and complete customer workflows across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and emerging technologies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to showcase impact across business, product, and customers.
- Champion partner co-marketing pipeline working with each of our technology and solution partners.
- Position partners as a route to market to help influence customer conversion, lead generation, and global market expansion opportunity.
- Work on strategic go-to-market (GTM) opportunities with partners across their campaigns, events, and launches.
- Possess an understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through a partner ecosystem.
- Experience in the video post-production industry.
- Strong experience in leading multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate for their goals.
- Demonstrated experience in working with executives and business development leaders in driving pipeline and revenue.
- Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem-solving, and proactively taking action.
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills with a highly developed attention to detail.
- Strong project and people management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization.
