Job Title: Guest Services Keyholder

At Healthy Living Market and Café, we're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Keyholder to join our team. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest issues, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality to guests, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and staff, staying up-to-date on store operations and providing feedback to management.
  • Assist with basic front-end operational responsibilities, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest issues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling and inventory management.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
