Role Summary
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is instrumental in guiding clients from initial engagement to becoming proficient users of Nikola's offerings. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the establishment of enduring relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
  • Oversee project management and facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Service, and Dealership teams to relay valuable customer insights.
  • Maintain an extensive and current understanding of Nikola's products and services.
  • Stay informed about competitors and their offerings to effectively differentiate Nikola's solutions.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of tools, analytics, and processes that support the Nikola portfolio.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet or transportation operations.
  • Possession of a Class A or B CDL is highly preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and present data in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities across diverse responsibilities.
  • A deep empathy for customers coupled with a passion for driving revenue and growth.
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills across various groups.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility by understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet customer demands.
