Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled technicians who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests. As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Continuously build expertise as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate courtesy vehicle inspections to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the service department to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Adhere to and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work closely with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to serve guests.
  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • Ability to work 40+ hours a week.
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
  • Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.
  • Meet or exceed hourly goals.
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • A desire for long-term career development.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
  • Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
  • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair.
  • Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.
  • Drive manual transmissions vehicles.
  • Efficiently navigate a computer.
