Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with large, multi-location customers, achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Develop solutions that best address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to build strategic relationships.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
