Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing participant inquiries regarding their 401K accounts, including options, balances, rollovers, and claims.
- Maintaining active engagement on phone queues throughout the day while managing emails and case responses.
- Creating case tickets in Salesforce for tasks such as reissuing checks, updating addresses, or other follow-up issues.
- Escalating complex or challenging situations to team leads, supervisors, or managers as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience, ideally within the banking or financial sector.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- A positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and a desire for professional growth.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
Available shifts: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$21.00 to $22.00 per hour
