The role involves overseeing the daily operations of an urgent care facility. This includes managing all non-physician personnel and ensuring high standards of patient care. Responsibilities also encompass maintaining the clinic's physical environment and inventory, as well as ensuring accurate billing practices. This position collaborates closely with a franchised healthcare establishment, and specific duties may vary across different franchises.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and train staff for various roles, including front office medical receptionists, medical assistants, and radiology technicians.
- Supervise and assess the performance of non-provider personnel.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to guarantee that medical services are delivered per physician directives and that quality care is consistently provided.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Facilitate staff meetings, daily briefings, and training programs.
- Address patient and staff concerns while actively monitoring patient satisfaction through various feedback mechanisms.
- Oversee front office procedures and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility, ensuring adequate supplies of medical and cleaning materials.
- Track key performance indicators and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and consultative communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards.

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 annually.
