Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a clinical operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
  • Oversee the quality of clinical operations within nursing units, ensuring compliance with established policies, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • A minimum of 3 years of full-time clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within long-term care.
  • Knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice acts, and relevant regulations.
  • Availability for on-call duties as required.
