Position Overview: Elevate your nursing career as a Nursing Operations Manager, where you will assist the Director of Nursing in delivering effective and efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and enhancing patient, family, and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a clinical operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
- Oversee the quality of clinical operations within nursing units, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to formulate, allocate, and manage the nursing department budget.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and mentor staff to achieve optimal practice standards.
- Assist with nurse staffing, including performance evaluations, interviews, and orientation of nursing personnel.

Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory nursing role within a long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice acts, and state and federal regulations is required.
- On-call availability is necessary.
