Job Overview

The Preston Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Collision Technician to join our Auto Body team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair collision damage using OEM repair procedures to ensure high-quality results.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify hidden damage and develop effective repair plans.
  • Restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Perform quality control checks, including test drives, to guarantee vehicles perform as designed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of prior experience in an automotive body shop environment.
  • Excellent communication and written skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, handling high volumes of work.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle repair methods and techniques.
  • Knowledge and experience working on collision vehicles, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; continued field-related education is highly valued.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Compensation:

A competitive flat rate between $60,000 and $150,000, commensurate with experience.
