At Dynamic Service Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for installing, modifying, and repairing personal computer hardware and software systems, as well as providing technical advice and support to system users.

This role will involve diagnosing computer problems, monitoring computer processing systems, installing software, and performing tests on computer equipment and programs.

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will also be responsible for creating employee e-mail accounts, assisting with email implementation, and managing computer-related issues.

Additionally, this role will involve recommending and drafting security protocols, monitoring security processing systems, installing software, and performing tests on security equipment and programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in IT or Business Systems.

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will work closely with decision-makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

This role will also involve defining and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as identifying and procuring hardware and software needed to satisfy user requirements.

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will oversee the provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services, and manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems.

This role will also involve negotiating and administering vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT, communication, leadership, and management skills, as well as a proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity.

This role requires the ability to work in an office setting, with some overnight travel, public speaking, evening, and weekend work required.

The employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, finger, handle, or feel objects, or controls, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch, talk, and hear.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
