About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing counseling and case management services to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management for patients
  • Develop treatment plans that clearly identify the patient's voice, treatment strategies, and specific outcome measures
  • Meet agency documentation standards and authorization requirements of contracts
  • Strategically tailor effective clinical/case management services to meet diverse patient needs
  • Contribute to the success of MultiCare expectations and core values, continuously learning, and performing other duties as needed or assigned

Requirements

  • Masters degree in a related field
  • A Mental Health Professional as defined within HB 1724
  • Previous experience providing mental health counseling services preferred
  • Depending on assigned area, proof of a safe driving record may be required

Compensation and Benefits
