Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Integrated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at MultiCare Health System, Inc. As a key member of our primary care clinic, you will provide assessments, treatment/care planning, and psychosocial therapy to a diverse population of patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to address patients' mental health needs
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based treatment models and interventions
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document treatment progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Stay current on community resources and provide linkage and advocacy to support patients' needs
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or eligibility for licensure upon hire
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting
