Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our behavioral health department, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy for patients with a broad array of behavioral health disorders, mental illness, and co-occurring illnesses.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric or psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide evidence-based and evidence-informed outpatient therapy and clinical services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
  • Collaborate with referral sources and other members of the patient's clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document all encounters in the electronic health record according to organization policies and procedures.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensed in the State of Washington; Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
