Job Title: Senior IT Manager

Job Summary:

The Department of the Army is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Manager to lead our team of IT professionals. As a Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of IT initiatives, projects, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage IT projects and programs to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Army regulations.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to provide technical support and guidance to Army personnel.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets and resources to ensure effective use of Army resources.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on project management and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and programs.
  • Strong understanding of IT policies and procedures, including compliance with Army regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to develop and manage IT budgets and resources.

Working Conditions:

This position requires a Top Secret security clearance, which must be obtained and maintained throughout employment. The selected candidate will be required to undergo a background investigation and obtain a Top Secret clearance prior to starting work.
