Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the firm's business objectives.

  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure effective delivery of technology services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of our technology systems and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in information technology, with a strong background in technology strategy and implementation.
  • Proven track record of leading IT teams and driving technology innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics is highly desirable.

  • A competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 per year.
