Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to lead our Firm's technology strategy and implementation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and implementing technology solutions that support our business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, with experience in developing and implementing strategic technology plans, managing IT teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

This is a full-time position located in Denver, CO, with periodic travel to our other office locations. We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and select technology solutions to support business goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic technology plans
  • Manage IT teams and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Lead the analysis of technology trends and their impact on the legal industry
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure cybersecurity and business continuity
Requirements
  • BS in a related area, MS or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive information technology experience
  • Experience developing and leading the implementation of a strategic enterprise technology plan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
