Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Custodial Services Associate for our gated retirement community. All residents are located within our secure community, eliminating the need for travel.

Sign-On Bonus: $500

Compensation: $16.00+ per hour

Work Hours: 7am - 3:30pm & 11am - 7:30pm

Your Impact:

  • Upholding the cleanliness and hygiene of the community through the use of specialized cleaning equipment.
  • Ensuring the proper handling and disposal of waste materials.
  • Utilizing work orders to guarantee appropriate room and furniture arrangements.
  • Assisting in the movement and delivery of heavy items and packages.
  • Managing waste removal, including refuse and recycling.
  • Maintaining hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing, as well as caring for carpeted areas through extraction, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to safely operate carpet care and hard floor care equipment, as well as waste removal tools.
  • Flexibility to accommodate requests from residents or departments within the allotted time.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in safely operating custodial vehicles.
  • Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of verifiable licensed driving experience with a history of safe driving as indicated by a 3-year motor vehicle record check.
