The Licensed Massage Therapist's key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute sessions of deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assessing client needs and developing a structured treatment plan.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the treatment room after each session and at the conclusion of each shift.
  • Adhering to all state regulatory requirements regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.

Qualifications

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

  • A valid CA license or certification.
  • The ability to attract new clients and retain them through effective treatment programs.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts (both part-time and full-time roles).
  • A thorough understanding of anatomy and movement as it relates to soft tissue manipulation.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in computer use.
  • A commitment to ethical practices.

Compensation Transparency: $$ per session; $ (non-session work) with potential for bonuses.
