At LA Costa and Oceanside Dental Excellence, we believe wellness-based dentistry is the future of excellent dentistry. We are looking for an experienced dental assistant. Our team is growth-oriented, productive, driven, positive, organized, and confident.

Schedule: Full Time

  • Monday: 7am - 4:30pm
  • Tuesday: 9am - 6pm
  • Wednesday: 8am - 5pm
  • Thursday: 7am - 4pm

Compensation:

  • $25 to $35 per hour
  • Medical and Dental Benefits

A day in the life at La Costa Dental Excellence or Oceanside Dental Excellence will include the following tasks:

  • Arriving 30 minutes before our first patient for the daily morning huddle.
  • Working with a driven team who are motivated to meet daily goals.
  • Caring for patients and listening to their needs.
  • Working in an office that values team success over individual success.
  • Treating every patient with respect and kindness regardless of their behavior.
  • Improving on daily essential tasks.
  • Supporting your team by performing all of your tasks and assisting with tasks not in your description if needed.
  • Completing opening and closing duties.
