La Costa Dental Excellence is private practice that believes wellness-based dentistry is the future of excellent dentistry.

Schedule: Full Time

  • Monday: 7am - 4:30pm
  • Tuesday: 9am - 6pm
  • Wednesday: 8am - 5pm
  • Thursday: 7am - 4pm

Compensation:

  • $25 to $35 per hour
  • Medical and Dental Benefits

The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Dental Assistant/Dental Assistant who is growth-oriented, positive, organized, and confident.

A day in the life at La Costa Dental Excellence or Oceanside Dental Excellence will include the following tasks:

  • Arriving 30 minutes before our first patient for the daily morning huddle
  • Working in an office that values team success over individual success, and with a driven team who are motivated to meet daily goals
  • Treating every patient with respect and kindness regardless of their behavior, and providing care, and listening to their needs
  • Supporting your team by performing all of your tasks, assisting with tasks not in your description if needed, and improving on daily essential tasks
  • Completing opening and closing duties
