Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investment Operations Analyst to join our team at Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company. As a key member of our investment operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of investment data, reconciling accounts, and supporting the portfolio management process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) with a focus on accuracy and timeliness of data using current technology and tools.
  • Collect and capture investment data within established deadlines for assigned investment products, including daily cash reconciliations.
  • Reconcile IBOR to administrators and work with internal operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Calculate and propose trades to support FX and share class hedging on a monthly basis and as needed.
  • Assist with calculating proposed month-end trades based on projected cash flows for each vehicle.
  • Represent the investment team in cross-functional efforts to enact vehicle structure changes and new share class or product launches.
  • Manage vehicle participation in capacity-constrained situations in compliance with internal allocation processes.
  • Assist with liquidity and cash management for managed vehicles, including managing lending facility usage.
  • Coordinate completion of investment documents to establish new trading relationships.
  • Maintain and develop standardized recurring reporting for each vehicle.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in investment operations and understanding of trading and reconciliation functions.
  • Demonstrated interest in investments and commitment to continued learning.
  • Experience working on high-visibility projects.
  • Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.
  • Undergraduate degree with a strong track record of academic achievement.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • An intellectually curious self-starter who is energized by contributing to the success of the business.
  • Technical skills such as PowerBI, SQL, and Excel macros are a plus.
  • An MBA or progress toward a CFA or CIPM is a plus.
  • Experience in system transition or UAT experience.
What We Offer

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
