Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Applications Analyst to join our team at the Great Lakes Water Authority. As a key participant in our Workday ERP implementation, you will be responsible for our existing Human Resources Information Systems and other related systems, including the interfacing HR and financial applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and direction to GLWA team members on the operations and maintenance of the human resources data systems.
  • Collaborate with business users to review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and systems.
  • Develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these applications and systems.
  • Lead and perform tests for existing and new applications, including assisting with user acceptance testing.
  • Deliver training to end-users.
  • Act as a liaison between IT, end-users, and project team members.
  • Document and track customer challenges in our ticket management software.
  • Facilitate meetings and prepare meaningful and action-oriented meeting agendas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Three years of ERP experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a significant contributor on complex projects.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a certification within two years of hire.
