At Team Phun LLC, we are seeking an experienced Experiential Operations Manager to oversee the operational activities of our Brand Ambassadors. This role is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training our Brand Ambassadors, as well as following up on their performance post-event.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and hire Brand Ambassadors by posting job opportunities on various platforms, including Trusted Herd, Facebook, and Pop Bookings.
  • Review resumes and follow up with applicants, directing them to our website sign-up form.
  • Create and send Mailchimp campaigns as events become open for bid.
  • Onboard new Brand Ambassador recruits and ensure they have the necessary training and resources.
  • Export Brand Ambassador sign-up form entries from our website and upload them into Promomash.
  • Follow up with new entries via email and answer questions as needed.
  • Enter new 1099 Brand Ambassadors into Paychex as needed.
  • Approve bids in Promomash and Pop Bookings, ensuring Brand Ambassadors are scheduled in both platforms.
  • Email scheduled Brand Ambassadors to remind them of their upcoming shifts.
  • Ensure all event details are up to date in Promomash for active campaigns.
  • Organize and distribute brand training materials to scheduled Brand Ambassadors.
  • Work to ensure Promomash reports are submitted in a timely manner and follow up with those outstanding.
  • Document cancellations and cancellation reasons in Promomash.
  • Present stats in weekly meetings on cancellation percentage and identify common reasons for cancellations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in teamwork, relationship building, and public speaking and presentation.
  • Strong time management skills, multi-tasking ability, and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
  • Knowledge of Google Products, Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Apple OS, Promomash, Mailchimp, Pop Bookings, and Trusted Herd.
