Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our client's facility. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the optimal performance of equipment and machinery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a preventive maintenance program to extend the life of equipment and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and service histories.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the maintenance department.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, machinery, and equipment.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
**What We Offer:**
- Base salary $115,000 - $135,000 depending on level of experience.
- Site bonus dependent on company EBITDA.
