BCBA Behavior Analyst

The Newgrange School is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated BCBA Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting students with autism and emotional or behavioral disorders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans to address student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavioral interventions and provide professional learning opportunities.
  • Supervise and evaluate behavioral programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure student success.
  • Manage electronic data and progress reports to track student growth and progress.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure effective communication and support.
Requirements:
  • A valid New Jersey Certificate of School Psychologist or Social Worker with an acceptable graduate degree from an accredited university.
  • Completion of acceptable graduate coursework in behavior analysis or Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification in good standing.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working in an effective and accredited behaviorally oriented program for individuals with autism or emotional or behavioral disorders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, organization, and human relations skills.
