Job Summary
Nami Nori is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Commissary Chef to lead our commissary kitchen operations. As the head of culinary production, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cost control, and consistency.

They will also possess exceptional communication skills, natural leadership qualities, and a strong work ethic. With 5+ years of experience in a similar position, they will thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results-driven performance.

The salary range for this role is $95-100k annually, with additional benefits including paid safe and sick time, vacation time, medical, dental & vision health insurance programs, commuter benefits, and employee dining discounts.
