Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CaroMont Regional Medical Center-Belmont. This is an excellent opportunity to play a leadership role in a brand new, 10-bed LDRP Level-I Nursery, scheduled to open late 2024.
About the RoleAs a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for daily rounds on newborns, attending deliveries when requested, and stabilizing, managing, and facilitating transport of newborns to adjacent NICUs in Charlotte or Gastonia for those needing higher-level care.
About the TeamYou will be part of a team of 4 NNPs, working alongside 2 neonatologists and 5-6 NNPs at the Level III NICU in Gastonia, which is only 7 miles away. Opportunities to do supplemental PRN shifts at the Level III NICU in Gastonia may be possible, but are not required.
About the LocationBelmont Medical Center is located just 15 miles from uptown Charlotte and 8 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, offering easy access to big-city amenities while enjoying a comfortable stay in a small-city setting.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have a current APRN national specialty certification and a minimum of a master's degree.
