As a Business Analyst, Experienced, you will report to the Senior Pharmacist Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support through data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze actual results against plan and forecast, and recommend interventions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and analyze reports for management review, and present findings at various levels of management.
  • Monitor performance, maintain KPI dashboards, and make recommendations to optimize business processes.
  • Solicit and define business requirements, build business cases for new initiatives, and conduct cost/benefit analysis.
  • Contribute to annual operating plans, capital budgets, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to gain alignment and expertise in relevant areas of work.
  • Support the development or modification of Clinical Pharmacy Program processes, including analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing systems.
  • Work independently on complex projects/assignments with minimal oversight.
