eTeam is seeking a skilled Production Operator II to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Operations: Operate equipment used to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of raw materials used in manufacturing, including inventory levels and order tracking.
- Quality Control: Perform in-process tests to ensure production meets required specifications, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
- Equipment Maintenance: Recognize equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot errors to achieve optimal production levels.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition materials after determining delivery dates, working with materials planning and production personnel to coordinate activities.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
