This is a remote position with the R Lawson Company, where you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced organization and each day will be unique. This role provides a platform for professional growth and skill enhancement.
As an Executive Assistant, you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine will also include interaction with various executives-level internal clients across the lines of businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a complex calendar across different time zones.
- Exercise independent judgment in a variety of situations.
- Handle regular activities without prompting, and provide advice in advance of issues or delays.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency in handling a high volume of scheduling requests.
- Represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing a complex calendar across different time zones.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, calm, and effective when working under pressure.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above.
- College degree is a plus.
