We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Administrative Supervisor at our Elmore Campus in Mountain Home, Idaho.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the medical center, collaborating with facility leadership and serving as the senior in-house administrative representative after hours. This role requires a strong leader who can provide day-to-day oversight, guidance, and support to staff, while also working collaboratively with the Transfer Center to facilitate patient flow and develop plans for managing patient throughput.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and counseling to staff
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement operational plans
  • Work with the Transfer Center to facilitate patient flow and develop plans for managing patient throughput
  • Assist with coordination of schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Serve as administrative authority for the smooth function of all units on assigned shift
  • Apprise leadership of operational issues and seek guidance as necessary
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's of Nursing Degree (BSN)
  • 3 years' clinical experience in assigned area
  • Current RN licensure in State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
