Nurse Supervisor

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Administrative Supervisor in our Mountain Home, Idaho location.
Job Summary:The Administrative Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical center, collaborating with facility leadership, and serving as the senior in-house administrative representative after hours. This role requires a strong leader who can provide guidance, counseling, and continuing education to staff, while also working collaboratively with the Transfer Center to facilitate patient flow.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day oversight and support to staff
- Collaborate with leadership to develop plans for managing patient flow and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Assist with coordination of schedules and resource allocation
- Serve as administrative authority for the smooth function of all units on assigned shift
- Apprise leadership of operational issues and seek guidance as necessary
- Bachelor's of Nursing Degree (BSN)
- 3 years' clinical experience in assigned area
- Current RN licensure in State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
