Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Salon Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team at The Lash Lounge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to our guests, selling memberships and cultivating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Service Description and Sales: Thoroughly describe all services, including prep and aftercare, to our guests and increase savings for them through our Membership Savings Program and retail sales.
  • Client Experience: Deliver an outstanding client experience through incoming communication, proactive outreach, a warm and friendly first impression and positive and productive close out.
  • Communication and Software: Communicate with guests in person or by phone/email through our customized software, using brand protocols and professional grammar.
  • Group Operations: Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance, cleaning, and staff scheduling.
  • Social Media and Environment: Assist with social media following specific brand protocols and maintain a clean, inviting and luxurious environment.
  • Keyholder Duties: Open or close the salon as keyholder.
  • Software and Multitasking: Multi-task using multiple software programs to track leads, salon scheduling, guest communications, social media postings.
Requirements
  • Age and Transportation: Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable transportation.
  • Experience: 2+ years salon or membership sales/retail sales experience is mandatory.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate specific details critical to our services.
  • Communication and Multitasking: Ability to communicate effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work weekdays/weekends/evenings.
  • Software Experience: Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.
