Crisis Intervention Specialist for Community Support

At Estelle's Professional Community Services, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional support to both our clients and our team members. In this role, you will have the chance to aid individuals experiencing crises, guiding them towards suitable services for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Availability during standard business hours is crucial, as collaboration with community partners is vital for effective service delivery.
Your duties will include developing the Individualized Service Plan, maintaining daily progress notes, preparing discharge summaries, and completing other necessary clinical documentation. Participation in mandatory training sessions and supervision meetings will also be required.
Essential Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a valid QMHP-A registration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, possess outstanding communication and leadership abilities, show self-motivation and adaptability, and maintain a high level of integrity. Strong clinical skills, proficiency in computer usage, experience with electronic documentation systems, and familiarity with DMAS, DBHDS, and various MCO requirements are also essential.
