Job Title: Technical Consultant

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to customers, recommending solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and service offerings.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Install and configure complex patient monitoring systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Travel to customer sites, providing on-site support and training as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in IT technologies or electronics industry, preferably in a field or hospital-based service environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of patient monitoring systems, including network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
